I had a breakfast burriot at mcdonalds, organge hic. Then for lunch I had a grilled hamburger, some chips, and a pepsi. For supper I have about 1/2 can of soup and more chips and wate and a piece of hard candy. So that's about 1100 calories because a burrito is only about 300 and I also had a mild sauce with that to only one small package. For exercise I'm gonna do 30 min of tank top arms,bikini belly, and boy shorts bottoms. and maybe something else I can't start exercsing and I don't know why. So how did I do
Reply from Whitney, Age 18 - 08/23/07 - IP#: 70.187.1.xxx My biggest tip of advice for u is to cut out the pop! Its really just wasted calories because there is nothing u need in it! Oh and about the exercising thing, i completely agree with u that starting sometimes can be the hardest thing but u just gotta suck it up and do it for yourself, and who knows u might become crazy like me and wanna work out all the time! :)
