Ht. 5'4", Start: 185 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 135 lb - hello again everyone. i was just wondering if anyone has heard of or does the BeachBody tapes for exercise. I am doing the Turbo Jam tapes and they are pretty good so far. it's like a cardio-kickboxing-dance tape.
school starts on tuesday for me, and that means i will have volleyball practice for a couple hours a day about 4 days a week. i know it's hard to imagine that someone of my height and weight plays volleyball, but i do lol. do you think that would be enough exercise or should i do the exercise tapes as well? i am a little worried about not having enough time cause i will have a lot of homework and college applications and SAT Subject Test studying to do.
also, i have been having some trouble sticking to a diet lately and i was wondering if anyone had any tips. i know what i'm supposed to eat, it's just hard to actually do it day after day.

yeah i'v heard of beachbody! i have a couple of their programs, including turbo jam :] have you gotten any results with it?!

Schoolwork always comes first! So yeah def. focus on that the most. I can relate to the workload and stress. For exercise I've heard of those Beach Body tapes but a great one is Prevention Magazine's Belly, Butt, and Thighs DVD because it has ten minute workouts for each of those parts of the body. When I'm in a pinch and can't do anything more intense that's what I do. Food gets tough but try to think of it as a grade for your life. What's your grade for eating well? Another good tip is to have desserts on on Saturday and Sunday. My doc told me that. :D

i kno wat u mean!! u kno wat ur suposed to eat but u just eat all the other stuff anyway :P i have heaps of school stuff lately aswell :S im like gahh! i have hardly any time 4 exercise but i try and do some everyday like i walk homke from school, its like 20mins but at the speed i walk its not really exercise :P but its better than nothing right? xo
