Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ..................... wooohoo i lost 2 pounds instead of my goal of 1 :D :D i went 4 a run after i just woke up and i feel so great :D hehe i think i actually may be able to do this :D ...... BUT YEA can u guys tell me wat u think of my new exercise PLAN: 20 min run/walk 2/3 mornings a week, and 20/30 min run/walk 5/6 afternoon/nights a week .... i also walk home from school and thats like 20 mins but i walk pretty slow so its not really counted as a cardio work out but yea :D well im off to have a bana for breakfast :D have a great day every1 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Great plan! Just make sure to have a little more for breakfast next time. It fuels your brain and a good breakfast is important so you don't overeat later! I'd have 3/4 cup of cereal w/skim milk to accompany your fruit or yogurt and toast. :0)
