Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - What would be a good start to try to loose atleast 1-2 lbs. a week? I am already working out, but only a little for 5 days a week. And i'm trying to cut back on some food. Is that enough to start out or should I be doig more?

If you are a beginner, it's a good plan. If you are pretty active, you might want to do some more.
