Reply from Miranda, Age 15 - 10/02/07 - IP#: 71.251.41.xxx Mexican isnt sdo bad if you subsitute things like sour cream, guacomole, and beef with things like salsa, veggies (lettuce, olives, tomatoes) and have chicken instead. Also avoid taco shells, or something because they are bad bad bad. Grease blot any meat and ask for everything without cheese and your meak wont be so bad. Good Luck!
Reply from Samantha, Age 19 - 10/02/07 - IP#: 158.65.169.xxx It's important to spend time with family, and it's good that you're making the best decision you can at the restaurant. Here's some more things you can do: -order water, not soda -leave something on your plate. you dont have to finish everything. stop when you think you might be full, wait and see if you are. enjoy the conversation. -move more. if you cant change the food, change what you're doing. walk more during your day, squeeze your buttocks at the table (no one can tell) -try to be more health conscious when you're not at a restaurant so you wont feel so bad for going.

Reply from Whitney, Age 18 - 10/01/07 - IP#: 70.187.1.xxx My best advice is to sit down and have a talk with your family about the lifestyle choices you want to make. They should understand and even try to help you. Having a great support system really helps! Good luck!
