Ht. 5'5", Start: 315 lb, Today: 309 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Okay besides drinking the water, and exercise for an hour or more a day, I know that and then the eating right. But how can you loose weight very fast? I'vfe been trying since I was younger like 7 and nothing seems to really work.

yea mayb making ur workouts either more intene or longer. and for food u should eat like this: breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner-snack like mayb 3 hrs apart. and check the nutrition pannels on the food and c for sure how many calories and grams of fat r is in it. ♥

Well u might just have to take it up a notch. Increase the exercise and have some better intake.
