Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 125 lb - So guys i just found this website and i think its a great support group. im gonna post some easy tips to get on track to your new lifestyle.
- instead of soda drink juice or crystal light or even my new favorite vitamin water.
- instead of icecream try some yogurt and granola or you can add some fresh fruit... yummm
- try to stay away from stuff thats first ingredient is high fructose corn syrup.... worse than sugar
- eat breakfast it will give you energy and studies suggest that people lose just as much weight
- and lastly never get down on yourself its ok everybody makes mistakes just adjust accordingly the next day.

ya i know about the vitamin water thing and i understaand where your coming from but if you like it and your having a hard time switching to healthier stuff from sodaits still a better alternative and yes i still watch how much of it i drink :D
and mandy i understand how it is hard but just tell yourself it will be allright and youll do better next time and support groups like these definitely help to keep posative but im sure your doing great

be careful with how much vitamin water you drink- yeah it has lots of vitamins and minerals but one bottle has more than twenty six grams of carbs/sugar
