Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 175 lb - uhhhh i am eatting to much today!!!!!
what is something light i can have for dinner that won't make me gain more weight than i already gained today!!!
And last night i rode 9.5 miles on the bike !!!! i am going to try to do that every time i go! is that to much or to little to be doing in one day ????

9.5 miles is a little much to be starting your workouts. You should start with a few miles at a time and slowly add more once you get stronger. Otherwise you will get really sore and over work your muscles

dont worry about the eating just try 2 do better 2moro. 9.5 miles is great! keep it up!

dont worry about it try some salad and a sandwich for dinner and crystal light but dont get down on yourself

I have the same problem. I eat waaay to much. Afterwards, I feel like I could blow up! Your not the only one.
