Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 110 lb - ok so i lost another pound yay!!! but i really need to start excircising at the beginning of the school year i started jogging but then i stopped like 3wks ago. so now i don't want to start again because i cant run out side when it gets cold and like it got cold early here so does anyone have any ideas i run about 1/2 a mile on tuesdays and thurdays. and i can do it sooo easy now im really happy. but i really want a work out that works that i can do in the privicey of my own room any ideas ?? thx GOOD LUCK 2 u all:)

Hey your doing good. well in my opinion I think that you should still run because you'll forget all about the weather once you start plus you wont get all sweaty and nasty runnings your best bet in my case. but other than that keep up the good work and if you really dont want to run try doin pilates instead its so relaxing and does WONDERS trust me so yeah good luck :)
