Ht. 5'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 237 lb, Goal: 200 lb - hey guys. well in arobecs tody we walked/jogged 3 miles so i felt really good about myself untill i got home. i pigged out. i was really mad at myself. when i work out i feel like i deserve a cup of coke or a hershys u no? i no its wrong but i sort of trick my self into it then regret it when i finish.does n e one have n e advice on how to stop??? i no the answer it just kinda helps hearin it 4rm some1 else, u no?

I hate that! I totally used to do that to but I always try to work out early in the morning and then late at night so then the AM one starts my day and I am thinking healthy all day and then at night I just think waht is the point when i am going to bed And i have to weigh in first thing. ok good job about the walking/jogging 3 miles thats really healthy wat you need to do when you get home is drink as much water as you can hold then get 1 treat and leave it at that that way by the time ur done you will be full also if ur tempted for another treat drink more water and chew gum it really helps:)
