Ht. 5'6", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 135 lb - o.k i want to know is this a good plan to lose weight.if i get on the treadmill 3x a week burning about 400 cals,then toning and strenght training for another 3 days.but the things i dont i have much of a diet plan.can someone help with that?thanks

Try to cut out junk food. If it's too hard to go cold turkey just try to eat less junk food each day/week until you don't eat any junk anymore. Eat smaller portions and eat healthier foods like vegetables! Drinking 8 glasses of water each day really does help. Make sure to eat breakfast, just make sure it's healthy! Never skip meals!
