Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 190 lb - Here it goes B) 3 medium pancakes w/ 2 sausages , and a glass of orange jucie and syrup on pancakes ( I tried to go with out syrup for a while but they tasted gross )
S) 1 Glass os nesquick chocolat milk - 180 cals.
L) small scoop of lasonia w/ salad and dressing , sweet tea, 1.5 handfuls of bbq chips.
( I am eating to much and after lunch i felt reallu sick ) =(
s) 6 oreos -260 cals 1 cup of milk
D) tuna sandwhichs w/ diritos and tea
work out ) 2.30 + miles and around 400 cals and a lot of sweat lol. =)

Try to eat something other than pancakes for breakfast if they taste gross without sugar. I honestly like Bran Flakes because they're way high in vitamins, but they taste pretty boring. Try to avoid juice as much as possible because of all the sugars (even if they're natural sugar, they're still sugar). Try to avoid pasta and other grains too because of all the carb content. Whole wheat is fine when you DO happen to eat bread, though. Try not to eat desert or only eat it on occassion.
Just so I don't seem evil, here's what I ate today:
Bran flakes with skim milk for breakfast. A sandwich (tuna on toasted wheatbread with chopped up celery and green peppers), a green apple, and skim milk for lunch. A pretzel rod (bad, I know, but I wanted salt :( ), a couple of icecubes(hungry, hungry girl XD), and an apple for a snack. A salad (lettuce, chick peas, carrots, no dressing, and brocolli) and skim milk for dinner.
ADVICE: paint your nails. when the paint is done drying, you'll know if you're truly hungry or you just wanted something to pt in your mouth). suck on icecubes when you want something to put in your mouth. if you want to sit down and watch t.v., grab an mp3 player and go jogging instead (music sidetracks you from the effort of jogging for an hour). have your friends go hiking with you. it's beautiful scenery and a lot of fun, spent with people you love. plus it burns calories!
