I can't lose weight anymore! I eat all the wrong stuff! I've gotten lazy, and I eat too much! I don't know how to get back on track! I feel so bad about myself and I'm tired of it. Reply from Cat, Age 17 - 10/20/07 - IP#: 71.244.172.xxx Hey hun. I've definitely been in your place before. The answer? Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water, and exercise at least half an hour every day. Cut back on the junk too, but do it gradually, like one less treat every week until you don't even want junk food any more. Also, if you drink soda, even if it's diet, you really should cut that out too. At first you will probably get caffeine headaches, and yes, they're unpleasant, but they WILL go away and you'll feel so much better for it! I hope my tips help you and I wish you best of luck. =)
