I can't lose weight.This is what I had today. Breakfast mcdonalds bagel with egg and one slice of cheese, and half a hashbrown and some sweet tea I got started late. For lunch 100 cal pak, carrots and ranch dressing 70 cals, water, sandwhich plain. For supper 1/2 cup of marocin and cheese, sandwhich plain 4 small cookies 140 cals, some mashed potatoes not that much at all, broclli, corn, water, 100 cal pak, a small piece of meat like your four fingers together size, whole wheat crackers 130 cal, some peanut butter.15 min freeze tag, another 15 min of freeze tag, 18 min of running, and 20min of strength training. How did I do I hope to do better 2 morrow.

Reply from Ella, Age 18 - 11/07/07 - IP#: 128.227.97.xxx I don't know...I think you're alright on the cardio front. I mean I do 2 miles in 18 minutes and that feels good/hard to me. However, you are eating too much fat. You can eat things that aren't too good for you just in moderation. It also looks like you ate alot. If you're hungry, that's fine but only if you're genuinely hungry. I suggest drinking a glass of water before you eat anything for a snack. I know that when I lived at home that's what caused me to be overweight-snacking. I didn't eat terrible foods either. I just ate too much. Now that I'm in college I've lost 40 lbs and am at a healthy weight simply by cutting out snacking. Good luck to you.
