Reply from Lindsey, Age 20 - 11/10/07 - IP#: 70.179.79.xxx You just have to tell yourself you CAN DO IT! From my experiences once you get in the zone of working out it just comes naturally. I started in August and have lost about 15 pounds. Now, I realize this is not a TON of weight, but it has been healthy and has stayed off, even when I have slipped up a few times. The beginning is the worst! Another option is just to give it up all junk food. I did for about the first month and a half and that is when I lost the majority of me weight. It is hard for me to limit myself to just one cookie because I want to eat the whole bag. So I just won't let myself eat that one cookie. I know it rough, but in the end think of how sexy you will look :D Good luck!
