I wanna be in the 170's for Thanksgiving, I'm so close! I'll make it, no quesiton, and yes I'm overly confident today but is that a bad thing? Well anyways I'm a lil nervous about today b/c I am not going to have time to work out b/c I have work right after class then I have to read like 120 pages and write a 5 page paper, basically its gonna be an all nighter...fun stuff! Oh and I though I would share this with all of u. If any of you get your motivation from music (i do!) a great song to get ur head back in it is "Stand" by Rascal Flatts. Reply from Amanda, Age 18 - 11/14/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx for me, i always go on youtube and look at success stories, especially this one, i forget the title but it was posted by Aggy83, and she shares her final weigh in and she got to her goal weight, and it always motivates me because she's just so excited and it makes me want to feel that excitement, it also throws in some before and after pics, and she looks amazing. :)
