Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Is running 4-5 miles a week good enough? And then on weekdays i do atleast 25 situps and atleast 20jumping jacks and ride my bike to school and back, probly about 1 1/2 miles. And on weekends atleast 75 situps, atleast 35 jumping jacks, and at least 5 pushups. Plus eating healthy. Sound good? Or do i need to do more? i want to lose at lest 15 before Christmas. Think i can?

YOU WILL LOOOSE TONS OF WEIGHT IF YOU KEEP ON DOIN THS, I CAN ONLY DO 2 MILES, AND I GOT REALLY TIRED

Remember that a mile is around 100 calories, whether it's ran or walked. Keep that in mind, and track how many calories you burn! 3,500 = 1 pound.

If you want to lose 15 pounds,
you're gonna want to up the cardo.
And do strength training.
