Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Jump Rope is very good exercise cause it works all you body
and count carbs not cals - if trying to lose weight only eat 100-150 and day but if u want to stay the same only eat 200 per day.
its not much to eat but if you find the low carb foods then i think you can make it... it works

as soon as you start eating carbs again you will gain it all back. it happened to my dad.

i'm sorry i couldn't eat that low even if i didn't eat at all it's not healthy
