My main problem was binging A LOT, and about two years ago I started purging to lose weight. It worked and all, but then I started getting severe nosebleeds and passing out all the time in public. So, I knew I had to find a new way to lose the rest of the weight that I had to lose. Now, I eat fruits and vegetables all the time, as well as whole grains and good sources of protein. I drink water, milk, 100% fruit juice, and green tea. I don't really eat processed food and I don't drink ANYTHING carbonated. I work out every day, be it running or cycling or weight training. But it has gotten so hard to stay motivated because the weight is coming off a lot slower now. I want a buddy (or multiple buddies!) to help encourage me, and I also want to encourage others! If you wanna talk just email me: jodivicious@hotmail.com ANY advice for staying motivated would be awesome :)

Reply from ella, Age 18 - 12/22/07 - IP#: 72.144.91.xxx Jodi, I know how it is to purge and struggle with bulimia because I did as well. Just focus on overall health more than weightloss because it is very easy to fall back into it and that is just so unhealthy. Good luck, girl.
