Ht. 5'2", Start: 154 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Hey! Does anyone know any good meal replacers (protein shakes, ect) that really work? Do you think I could reach my goal weight by the summer by eating or drinking meal replacers for 2 meals and then doing track in the spring (we usually run 2-3 miles every day) and then on top of that, soccer, with fitness? no i think you have to do a less extreme diet, you'll get tired of meal replacers. plus when you lose all your weight how will you maintain it? you can't have meal replacers the rest of your life

I really like slim fast when I am on the go, u can get the optima ones which have less sugar and its like 190 cals for a can

i would not call what i am going to tell you a meal replacement but something to go with one of your meals that is good would be a fiber one bar they have like 9 grams of fiber and they taste really good and fiber is really good for weightloss
