Ht. 5'7", Start: 320 lb, Today: 320 lb, Goal: 160 lb - For the New Year my dad has challenged me to lose 100+ pounds in the coming year so i'm up for the challenge, while i'm away at school it is a little difficult to stay on track with a diet but this time i'm not giving up, i'm tired of being confined to only certain stores in the mall and all of my friends can go in those certain stores and wear things I can't so hopefully by the middle of my sophmore year in college (Spring 2008/Winter 2008) I hope to almost be there, I have such a long way to go but I think I have a great plan.
Breakfast: Bagel w/ lowfat cream cheese, Special K/berries cereal & skim milk, and a bowl of fruit.
Lunch: Turkey Sandwhich on 7 grain bread w/ side salad or soup and any pure juice
Dinner: Chicken Salad or Lean meat with vegetables (Pure Juice)
Dessert: Fruit
Exercise daily: 40+ minutes of Cardio (Tredmill/Elliptical)
20 minutes of strength training.
Times will increase as I go on.
I am ready for 2008 and this Resolution will finally stick. GOOD LUCK to everyone else!

sounds like a good plan! make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and also throw in a daily multi-vitamin! Those two things alone will not only aid you in weight loss, but also make your skin and hair look awesome!

hey that sounds great! im like you, i almost reached my goal of 175 lbs. Make sure you do what i did and cutout all white bread. i think its cool your going for this. mabe we can weight loss buddy's and look to eachother for tips and motivation.
