Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I'm truely active-- im on swim team and cross country, but i just need to tweak my diet to go that extra 30 pounds i want to lose... my friends and family keep telling me that im not fat- just all muscle and, truely, i disaggree... what diet do you recommend going on? i just need results because i want to look good for prom (may)!

what your doing is really greate and your doing 2 of the best workouts so i think you should just stay away from fast foods and candy because you sound healthy already that's just what i would recomend

since you're an athlete make sure you lose weight HEALTHFULLY. Eat TONS of veggetables and plenty of protien (like lean meats and stuff.) Drink obscene amounts of water, it helps your body flush out the bad stuff. Whatever you do, make it healthy so your swimming doesn't suffer.

omg im the same weight a you but im 5'7. theres this diet its called the soup diet and you could loose 10 ounds in a week it works goodive doe it. look it u nline or something. cb byeeee
