healthy fats and oils, dont cut them out. olive oils, olives, dark chocolate, cheeses. in small amounts of course they satisfy. lots of veggies too, and fruits. and whole grains like low sugar oatmeal and brown breads. and lean protein like chicken or lean beef. its important to get help from your parents in making these changes because doing it alone sucks!!
as for excercise, try new things like yoga, kick boxing, pilates, and dance. dvds are fun and you can do them whenever!
good luck.

I have that problem too. But it will get easier. You'll have a few sore mornings but in the long run it's worth it. If the bike causes you pain, you can try reading a book or watching TV or listening to music (Music REALLY helps when excersising) to take your mind off the pain and only use it for about 20 minutes (or whatever suits you) and then do something else. There are also simple ways to add in little bits of excersise. I turn my music up and randomly dance. And house work is really good. It gets you moving and stops you from thinking about food. Skipping is good too. Buy yourself a jump rope because skipping is an excellent excersise. With food, you should try and get the recommended servings of everything and cut down on sugary, salty or fatty things. Not cut out, CUT DOWN. That way you can diet and still have a treat now and then. You should work out how many calories/kilojules you need in a day. This site (http://www.weight-loss-center.net/calorie-needs-teens.htm) has a chart with teen calorie needs. You don't have to record everything down if you don't want to, but I recommend writing down your motivations and reading them when it all seems too hard. Drink a lot of water and yeah! Don't give up and you'll reach your goal. And if you don't loose weight in one week or two, don't be too hard on yourself. (Also: If your looking for excersise ideas or recipes, try google.) Hope this has helped.
