From Destin, Age 17 - 01/02/08 - IP#: 72.24.253.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'3", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 175 lb - okay guys. who can give me a sample menu of food? im not sure what to eat when i go out to fast food places. i eat out all the time because my mom works and i have to stay with my grandmother who doesnt cook that much. today i ate out for all three meals. for breakfast i had a bisquit and jelly from hardees, for lunch, i had a grilled cheese w/ chips and dip, and for supper i had a chicken sandwich from chickfila. im a very picky eater and i dont have a clue what to eat. can someone give me a sample menu?
Reply from amanda, Age 18 - 01/02/08 - IP#: 63.135.3.xxx something i love to eat is 2 chicken breasts cut up, with a cup of broccoli, a cup of celery, a cup of mushrooms and 1 carrot and make it into a stir fry. its only 307 calories and its huge and filling. also oatmeal is good there is only 100 calories in a bowl and it fills you up, and same with soups, like chicken noodle soup only has 160 calories in half a pot and its filling and good. good luck!
Reply from Jeimi, Age 17 - 01/02/08 - IP#: 67.87.194.xxx well i'm not going to gie u a sample but i will give you some advice, you should go to the super market and buy food you can easly make like tuna and dressing and stuff like that and a a salad you know things you can make at home because you don't know what those ppl are putting in your food and it's not only gross but very fatting i make my food on my own and don't even have to cook well good luck
