Ive been overweight for a while now and its time to be healthy and happy. Its hard for me to do whats right. I wanna go to the beach and go shopping in the stores I like but cant fit in their clothes. I need motivation. Please help. Just starting and kinda dont know what to do.

It may seem manageable to start with but after a few days you will end up feeling exhausted and hungry especially if you are exercising everyday and you wil probably end up bingeing or overeating as a result of this. If you are exercising 30-60 mins daily i'd recommend eating at LEAST 15-1600 cals per day!

Yesterday I didnt even eat 1400. I think I should eat around 1300. Not sure. I am going to be exercising more everyday I do about 20 to 30 min. of cardio every night. Trying to do 1 hour because thats how long the dvd is. I have been eating alot of chicken and salad. Let me know. Thanks
