Ht. 5'8", Start: 147 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey again!
Well today was the first day of a new me. I feel so excited about losing this weight healthily as in the past i have always resorted to unhealthy measures to lose weight quickly but this time im going to do it slowly to make sure i dont gain it all back as soon as i get to my target weight. Anyways heres how ive done today:
Bfast- Porridge m/w 2% milk = 160 cals
Lunch- Huge bowl of homemade lentil soup = 300 cals?
9 cherry tomatoes = 20 cals
Snack- Banana = 150 cals
Dinner- whatever my mum makes usually about 800 cals or less.
Exercise- burned 290 cals doing 20 mins on eliptical before bfast going to do same again after dinner.
How do you think ive done for my first day? Any suggestions o things i should change? Replys welcome Thanks x

=) nice start. Im training to become a trainer and well heres some suggestions =). Take more intakes of multiple nutrictions like vitamins that you recieve from veggie which is essential during weight training and ardio. More intake of grains should be essential to and an ideal goal should be burning 50% of the food you intake wen u first start. Later on you should be more ative like just walking around with a friend for an hour. A healthy person should take at least 3,000 steps a day. =) lol not sure if i was useful but yea xD
