Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 100 lb - hmmm... i feel like im doing okay on my diet but not great. everyday there's one thing that i cheat on. that's bad. but every night i do this little exercise and i think it's actually working. every night before i go to bed i do 25 sit-ups and then imediatly do those jumps where you touch your toes then jump high up. then i wait about 5 minutes and do that same thing 4 times to where i end with 100 sit-ups and 40 toe jump things. i think that's a good workout. what do you think?

=) its alrite xD im learning to become a trainer but just doing regular sit ups dont fouss on the whole ab are. To lose the stomach fat you hae to do multiple ab workouts that target servral parts of the abs which not only looks better but help with fat burn. Try doing bicycles, jack knives and other excersizes. And watch out on those toe lift xD for better excersizes go running or jump ropping muh more fun and effectie =) GOOD LUCK!!!
