From *Sarah*, Age 15 - 01/07/08 - IP#: 67.163.196.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i was doing good for the last few days. i dont have a scale so i dont know how much weight i lost, but in the past week i lost about half an inch around my stomach. today after school i blew it though. bfast- 2 pieces of toast and milk, lunch- salad w/ honey mustard dressing, after school- half a donut and half a poptart, dinner- small amount of roast beef and some steak fries, after dinner- small piece of cake. :( i did have a 1 hour tennis lesson today. what do you think? also, what do you guys think of my plan/goal? i want to have lost 15 lbs by the beginning of june. thats 3 lbs a month. Do you think i can do it? Any tips? i have musical practices (with lots of dancing) twice a week and a tennis lesson once a week. on the other days i'll try to get in a 20 minute jog. i want to look good in a bikini this summer and hopefully 15 lbs off will do it! lemme have your feedback!
Reply from Lucee, Age 16 - 01/08/08 - IP#: 84.13.65.xxx Yeah you didnt do that badly..its not liek you had a major binge or ate a large enough quantity to actually put on weight so i'd just forget about it and focus on eating healthily the rest of the week! Also your goal is very achievable! Good luck
Reply from Jillian, Age 14 - 01/07/08 - IP#: 24.121.46.xxx I think you did ok today, other than the Cake and donut. But overall, you didn't do TOO bad. I think you can DEFINATELY lose that much by June. That's less than a pound a week, which shouldn't be too hard to accomplish. Hope I helped!
