From meee, Age 18 - 01/12/08 - IP#: 24.224.249.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 145 lb - hey guys, it's my first day on my diet. so far i had cheerios cerial for breakfast with low fat milk, a sub on whole wheat breat and water for lunch and i didn't have my supper yet. i walked at a medium paste for an hour at a walking track place in my town. about a half hour ago i turned on my favorite song "Kiss Kiss" by Chris Brown (he's my favorite artists) and i danced the whole song in my room just swinging my arms&grinding my booty LOL , even throwing in some exercise moves to the song LOL..and i noticed that after i was done of the whole song, i was sweating and my heart rate was up...dancing is a great way to lose weight. i encourage all of you to try this and dance in your room or where ever, you will be suprised on how much of a workout it really is. good luck everyone!!!!!!!!!!!

I always loved dancing in my room but I love the whole atmosphere of a group dance class when everyones working together to get a certain move down or something. Check em out at your local gym or dance academy and good luck. Plus there are some really cute clothes that go along with dancing, I have tooonnnss of legwarmers for ballet and I looooovvvvveee them.

Reply from kade, Age 19 - 01/11/08 - IP#: 71.8.231.xxx that looks good so far, and dancing is really fun! id be careful about subs, they are a sneaky diet food. like subway is supposed to be healthy, but the subs only have 7 grams of fat or less when its just meat and veggies, (no oil, cheese, or mayo) the light mayo adds 45 calories, so does the oil, the cheese is about 50 and the real mayo is more than 100! subs and sandwiches can be healthy, just make sure you know whats on it and how many calories the bread has, so rolls have a lot!
