Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 149 lb, Goal: 134 lb - First week on weight watchers and i have lost 1.5 pounds. can anyont tell me what i can do to lose more. so far i workout 5 times a week for 30min then i have pe 2 to 3 times a week for about an hour and im keeping to my points and i have not gone over, what can i do?

Water, Water, Water, and more Water!!!! I can't even tell you how important that is..... Water makes ALL the difference. So stick to what you are dong, exercising and sticing to your oints but make sure you drink PLENTY of water

More exercise. I go from 1 to 1.5 hours, but that's just me. Try getting more cardio and stregth train. good job so far and good luck.
