Ht. 5'8", Start: 171 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay ive gained back 3lbs of the 6 i lost at the weekend =[ but im not giving up and ive been doing good again.
Heres what i had today-
bfast- porrige m/w 2% milk = 160cals
lunch- brown ham salad roll = 350cals
dinner- 2 bowls homemade chicken noodle soup (very healthy but seen as i had to bowls ill say 700 cals max)
snack- melon (150)
total= 1360 cals
exercise= burned 1000 cals on eliptical
is that okay as im worried i might not be eating enough cals for the amount i burn?!?
