Thank you so much. that totally helps. i just need to be more active and such. ive been trying to eat right some days arnt as good as others. i think ill go to the store and get a bunch of veggies. i so wanna lose this weight before then. Even if i lose around 10 pounds a month i would still be losing at least 40 pounds wich will make me look and feel good. YAY!
Reply from lolvely1, Age 18 - 01/17/08 - IP#: 75.5.178.xxx my advice is to listen to your stomache (me myself personally I struggle with listeneing to my stomache and eating more so for taste and I whinned up eating more) just be conscience of what ur eating and when your eating. also the best way to lose weight fast is to take it slow say like for a week your goal could be like 5 pounds your aiming to lose 46 pounds by may 5 pounds in one week and theres like 4 weeks in a mounth and its january so you still have febuary ,march, april omg YOU CAN TOTALLY DO THIS just like take it five pounds a week and youll have 12 weeks thats like 60 pounds you can lose if you lose 5 pounds a week starting now! oop sorry if I sound like a broken reccord hope I helped god bless^_^!
