Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok soi've been on this diet that is really good and i wanna share it with people
its' done really good for me and it's so hard for me to loose weight
but what i do isn't really hard
i only eat 3 meals a day
something big in the morning b/c you walk those clories off though the day
a decent lunch with vegies and i eat as much of those i want
and a small but filling supper
After that i don't eat past 6 it's hard but it pays off
when you eat past then you just lay around and brun no calories
i lost a lot of weight playin lacrosse
but that was a year ago and i gained some weight back
so i started doin this
and 've lost 8 lbs in a week and a half
which is healthy
i recomend this diet to any one
it;s doin me wonders
and i don't even have to work out
walkin up and down the stairs is enough for me
if nothing else works try this
(i got this from my frnds and it's done wonders for them as well)
