Ht. 5'4", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 160 lb - so today i decided to actually try because my friend spent the night and i got some incourgement...
but anyways for a semi-midnight snack, i had veggies and ranch and penut butter, but before that we went jogging and running for like a half hour 45 minutes.
so any other tips would be nice.

be careful about ranch and peanut butter. they seem healthy but are really EXTREMELY fattening and loaded with sugar.
