Ht. 5'6", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 145 lb - hey everyone. i was watching the television show called "the biggest loser" and i seen what these people who are on the show to lose weight have to go through, it seems to me like the trainers are pushing these people way too hard...is this healthy? i mean... i know these people are actually losing weight by doing this but it looks like they are over-due'ing it.

the pace and amount they ar losing weight is unhealthy. After the show they gain it all back, whic is why al the health professionals say 1-2 pounds a week because its a healthy speed and you wont gain it back as easily.

well sometimes in order to lose weight and get fit u have to make ur body do things it's never done that's just life and it's a reality show so that probably only put when the trainers kicking their butts
