I know it sounds ridiculous to eat more and lose weight but it's true, eating smaller meals helps speed up your metabolism which leads to quick weight loss. Eating 1 meal a day will only slow your metabolism and make you feel sluggish, your body needs calories--it just depends on how many it needs. Don't deprive your body of food, it needs to be fed. Alongside that exercise and you will lose weight. tc and good luck:)
Reply from Lucee, Age 16 - 01/23/08 - IP#: 78.144.190.xxx id say toning is pretty vital cos if you lose all you weight but dont tone up chances are you still wont be happy with your body so id try your hardest to make the effort and exercise at least 3 times per week..even if its just going for a brisk 30minute walk!
