Everyday I tell myself I will, but then something comes up and I don't have time. Like tonight, I didn't know there was going to be a basketball game, and I go to all of them, so I couldn't skip it. So I planned to do my homework before I went, and when I came back, I would exercise. But when I got home, it was about 8:20 and I STILL had homework. So I had no time :/ I guess what I'm trying to ask is how do you guys fit exercise into your schedule?! Thanks.

If your school offers a phys-ed class take it, even if you aren't the most athletic it will get your heart pumping. When you do your homework do something like streching your legs out then bringing then back while you are in your chair.

Reply from emily, Age 16 - 01/30/08 - IP#: 4.255.40.xxx If your busy like that its good just being out and walking around even if its just with friends :) If u know you might do something after school. you should wake up like 15 minutes early and do a mini work out like (crunches, push-ups, squats, lunges, and something to get your heart up like jumping jacks or jump-rope)and you should do like 20 of each.... you may be tired but it helps you feel better later and not feel bad because you didn't work out.
