Reply from Kristen, Age 16 - 02/03/08 - IP#: 76.88.226.xxx make sure to set reasonable goals for yourself. Like filling up on vegetables and proteins rather than carbs. Also makes sure your getting enough food. Calories = Energy, so make sure your eating healthy and wathcing what you eat. It will start sliding off i promise, just dont make your diet to strict bcause it can turn into a eating disorder and cause you to cheat (eat alot of something fattening). If you set reasonable goals and take it one day at a time by focusing on eating healthy, excersizing and being a healthy perosn overall. You will be much more satisfied. DOnt worry what your mom says, she not the one going through what you are. Its hard, i know, but just remember its a lifestyle change and if you keep at it, the weight will fly off.
