From sk8ergirl, Age 16 - 02/08/08 - IP#: 64.12.117.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Ok so I just got on the scale this morning and it said I weighed 200. Thats 21 pounds lost in 35 days! I am so happy. When I got on this morning I was like "this is going to be a good day" I had so much confidence today. I talked in classes alot. I am proud of myself. It did turn out to be a great day. UGh ok in Health class were learning about obesity and how to eat right. It helps alot! I learned a lot more about eating healthier. I even was confortable discussing the topic even though im Obese. She told us all that if we really want to loose weight you NEED to walk an hour 3 times a week. Ugh I cant even do a half hour on the treadmil. I only go on the treadmil for 20 mins 7 days a week. I hope to lose more. I already went down 1 size in my jeans! :) Does anyone have any good exercise tips?!?

I dont get bored of it at all cause I have my music on and with me. I could never do it without musci. Some people watch tv but I get bored watching tv. The music makes me go faster and doesnt let me quit so easily.
Reply from lizzie, Age 14 - 02/09/08 - IP#: 96.232.98.xxx well tredmill probley isnt the best idea you get bored nd give up cause no ones stoping you. go on a jog at your track at school or if there isnt one walk to a friends house or something. join a sport like softbll is cmming out. theres alot of exersize in softball. we run 10 miles 5 dys a week ! but how to you loose so much !! good jjob on the jeanss. i hope to become a small soon. my favorite store is urbn outfitters so yehh i love clothes but anywys good job
Reply from kade, Age 17 - 02/08/08 - IP#: 76.84.186.xxx dont get discouraged that you cant go an hour. start with what you have, and work up. push yourself. like walk 20 minutes everyday for a week, then add 3-5 minutes every week until you hit an hour a day. work up gradually and you can make it.

Well i think that your more comfterble doing less minutes and more time a week so skae it up a bit after walking do something fun like dance it helps alot and you burn alot of clories when you get the chance play sports any sport is good also lift weights not with too much weight just as much as you can take to make your body sronger you can do things like push ups and sit ups and lunges things like that if you can't go to the gym well go jobs girl and good like i know you can lose the rest of that weight just stay in the fight
