Ht. 5'9", Start: 185 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 160 lb - In exactly 1 month, my family's staying at a luxury hotel with an awesome swimming pool, and guaranteed a couple hot guys. I need to lose at least 15 pounds so I can look somewhat decent in my bathing suit and not be that self-conscious. PLEASE GIVE MY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO DO IT!!! :D

Drink tons of water. I mean tons, if you dont have water in your hand, you need to. Fastest way to lose weight... no pills, nothin but healthy food lean more towards veggies then fruits and more protein rather then carbs. You can lose like 10 pounds in a month but remember if your working out you may not lose as much but gain muscle, so dont worry about the number base it on how you feel.

try working at everyday. that's what i do. even if you have to put yourself in your room and wrokout there. do good cardio and gym class dose not count. only because you think your getting a good work out but your not. try an hour a day like 30 when you get up in the moring and 30 before bed or when you get home from school. eat health and/or control your cals.

it might be hard to lose 15 pounds in a month, id aim for 8-10. just eat less, eat healthy, and exercise. you dont have to exercise for like 2 hours a day, even just 20-30 mins every second day
