Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone could help me out on some mean plans.. it would really help me. i want to look good this summer. every summer i am shy to go out in public with the fat i have. also i was wondering if going to the gym everyday is a good idea? thanks =]

yeah going to the gym is great because u have no choice BUT 2 workout. last summer i lost about 10 pounds just by going to the gym 5 times a week for 2 months & i didnt even change my diet but i could tell i was losing weight cuz my waist was slimming. at the gym i did 30 mins on the treadmil 20 mins brisk/slow walking 10 mins jogging & i did all the weight machines. but then i gained all of it back when i came back 2 school cuz i didnt change my eating habits so im trying to get back on track good luck<3
