Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Its nearly impossible to eat healthy in my school or bring a healthy lunch so I was thinking. If I eat a healthy breakfast around 6:30 A.M then while in school have something to eat around 10:30 A.M it could be a salad, italian sub or just something from the vending machine. Then at 2:30 P.M when I get home have a healthy lunch? BTW im starting a food journal tomorrow studies show people lose more weight when they keep one.

Yeah I have a weight losing journal. Its really a good idea. I put my calories and what foods I eat. I also put down the exercises I do everyday. I dont think you should eat out of the vending machine. I think you should bring your healthy sandwhich to school. What I do is I eat breakfast at 6:30 and dont eat at all in school just maybe bring some troat drops to calm my stomach down. I dont eat lunch till I get home from school at 2:30 because my mom doesnt get hom till 7:30 to make dinner so we dont eat till 8. I cant go a long time without eating at home cause I get bored but I can go a long time not eating at school. I am not telling you to try this I am just saying that try not to eat food from the school.
