Ht. 5'3", Start: 146 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 112 lb - ok.. according to this one website.. i have to eat like 1,200 calories a day to lose 1-2 pounds a week, well.. besides exercise lol, nyways.. i think i can do it. i have to have the right mindset though. i've been going to curves lately (2-3 times a week, i plan to go more now.) and i'm in basketball ( not really intense.. last year it was more but this year.. we dont have a great coach lol)
i need to eat healthier though. i just gotta think on like "would i rather have this *brownie fer an example* & have the extra calories orrr.. be on my way to a healthier life style.
i think you just have to limit yourself for food..in moderation.
what else can i do to lose weight faster and more efficiently? any food ideas
? im going to florida like in May..

Curves is a great way to exercise. just don't overdo it and take it slow. The best way for us growing teens to learn how to eat smart is from this sassy, awesome book called The Diet for Teenagers Only. Trust me, it's WELL work spending the few bucks! :]
