Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I not doing so great. My problem is that if I start munching on something like chips or dessert, or anything for that matter, then it becomes way hard to stop. So I just don't eat at all because it is easyer. It is two and all i've eaten today was a Power Bar (290 cal.) five minutes ago and I not feel like I shouldn't have eaten it.

whenever i feel like im munching on stuff thats not good for me.. i always think.. i know what a cookie taste like, but i dont know what it feels like to be skinnier. dont stop eating because you're afraid that you'll eat the wrong thing, just remind yourself that healthier foods will give you more energy to exercise.. and if you exercise more you get more endorphines... those make you happy and have scientifically proven to help people lose more weight faster!

Do not make food the enemy. You need it to live and you can not survive off of one 290 cal power bar. Just eat healthy like for example this is what i eat:
breakfast: 100 cal yogurt and water
snack: 180 cal protein bar
lunch: (50 cal )baby carrots,( 70 cal )cheese stick, few pieces of sandwiche meat (130 cal). +water
snack: fruit (100 cal)
dinner: salad with chicken or maybe soup (500) oh and lately ive been totally craving chocolate so ive had 5 kisses two days in a row. lol but its ok because i worked out.
