Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hey everyone i want to lose about 40 pounds by june/july since i'm going to europe. if anyone would like to give me tips on what to eat and what work outs to do that would be great and very uplifting. i want to start tomorrow and i'm not calling it a diets because diets don't help. i'm calling it a life change and i just want to change the way i eat and how i live and i just want to be healthier

if you are really serious about losing weight, going to a dietian is really fun. i totally agree with your diet philosophy but.. dietians are usually really helpful with health foods and fun workout ideas. i went to one once but i wasnt being serious about losing the weight.. but now im going agian and it seems to be helping a lot.
