Ht. 5'5", Start: 263 lb, Today: 260 lb, Goal: 145 lb - hey i've just started losing weight again and i find that it is much harder then the first time i was wondering if somebody can give sum advice on how to lose all this weight ive put on from stress....if u give me what books are weight loss tapes that would work that would be good...much love and hopefully weight loss....

i have heard eating a lot of veggies and fruits threw out the week and drinking a lot of water helps a bunch!

ive never actually read this book, but i heard that "weight loss for teens only" is a good book. and lately drinking a lot of water has helped lose a lot of weight. OH!!! and if you want start doing yoga! its a great way to relieve stress and help with weight loss. good luck!
