Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So, I have decided not to do running until spring rolls around. I just danced like all of you have promoted. It was great. I didn't really feel like I was working out. It was fun, my legs are sore, and I sweat a lot. What do all of you guys do to workout now?

I dance and I'm also trying to get off my butt and start running. Last year I joined the track team which was great because it forced me to run and not just like two feet and give up. It was really great and I lost a lot of weight.

I jump rope! I jump as a sport, and so the practice is necessary, but if there isn't a team around for you to join, it's still fun to learn different tricks and to see how long you can go. Jump rope burns just as many calories as running, but in my opinion it's more fun. I just cannot run, because it doesn't hold my attention. After two minutes I'm bored out of my mind! XD

I use an eliptical exercise machine or do workout dvds or go for walks on dry days =]
