Lately, as soon as I get motivated for a bit, I blow it by going home and eating so unhealthily. I know I need to make better choices, but i'ts like i don't have control. Even when i tell myself no i will still go into the frige, then i feel gross and full. Guys, how do i get control back. Summer is comming and thats motivation enough, but i want to live a healthy lifestyle everyday. Does anyone have anything that could help me?

First of all, figure out why you're binging. Is it out of boredom, or anger, or are you just craving something? Figure it out, and it will help if you break down WHY you're doing it first. Then you need to find something to distract you. Anything just to keep you occupied. It helps to have a schedule drawn out and only include time for eating during mealtimes. Then stick to your schedule like glue. Good luck and stay strong!
