From MONIQUE, Age 17 - 02/22/08 - IP#: 71.207.144.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 132 lb - ok so Im SOOOO excited you guys this time I have been doing really well I have ran for an hour everyday this week except tuesday ( I wasnt having a very good day)but I went to the gym one of those days and by the way I hate electric scales cause they all say different things but the scale at the gym the one that you have to like slide it said I weighed 166 pounds I was SOO excited because I thought I weighed 180 and if I did then I lost 14 pounds :) I am going to keep it up next week im trying out for tennis and Im going to start running when I wake up and when I get home from school I dont know what it is you guys but once you start running everyday your body gets used to it and now I kinda cant go a day without doing it and I love it the only thing is the little pudge at the bottom of my belly its driving me NUTS anyone know any good excercises besides crunches that might help me out thanks guys and you all can do it GOOD LUCK!! <3

For russian twists you sit and bring your knees not quite up to your chest and then twist touching your hands to your right side and then to your self counding as one twist do like 25. Plank holds you put your forearms on the floor and hold your hands together then hold your self up, on your toes and forearms for 30secs gradually building up to 60sec. then Rowers are like sit ups but instead or leaving your feet on teh ground you bring then up your your ching and pull your self into a V shape
