Ask your parents if they can start buying whole wheat bread. Cuz whole wheat is good for you, just not white. Also with potatoes there good for you too, as long as you eat them right. Don't eat instant with alot of butter. Eat like a baked potato. Also make sure you excise thats a biggie. Make sure you participate good in pe. So yeah thats my advice.
